Resumen:

Communication is a way to share information, develop culture, and interact in society. Computing technologies and collaborative systems have contributed to improving access to communication for people in an inclusive process. This research is an extension of the article “iLibras as a Facilitator in the Effective Communication of the Deaf: A Mobile Cooperative Tool.” This research presents an approach to support the communication of deaf people and Libras communicators through collaborative and mobile computing tools. The research methods design science research (DSR), interaction design (ID), user-centered design (UCD), and participatory design (PD) are adopted in this paper. Therefore, it was possible to explore knowledge to understand the users better as well as to build computing resources to facilitate communication with deaf people.
